Credit Risk Derivatives Fixed Income Regulatory and Compliance


Jack has conducted more than 150 corporate, bank, hedge fund and derivative credit risk judgment and management seminars in more than 15 countries. He has provided in-house training programs to a variety of U.S. and international institutions. His courses are for entry-level as well as experienced investment bankers and financial professionals.

CURRENT POSITION

Jack is a consultant engaged in credit risk development training.

PAST POSITIONS

Jack worked at JP Morgan for 20 years, rising to chairman of the rating committee, which rated all bank credit exposure. At JP Morgan he was also chairman, NACHO (North American Foreign Exchange Clearing House Organization) and a member, executive committee, ECHO (European Foreign Exchange Clearing House Organization). He represented the global markets' credit group in developing a single bank-wide credit system to calculate portfolio exposure for all derivative products. He also rewrote and redesigned the credit policy manual for bank-wide credit policy, including new sections on derivatives. He also worked as a banker for Citicorp for three years in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Jack served in the U.S. Navy as a LTJG in intelligence in Manila.
